I love that Pilatesmith pulls togethers some of the best educators and instructors in our industry and they always have a variety of topics that are also very relevant - from the powerhouse to osteoporosis to CPR to tough Pilates flows. I’ve been to both of their locations and they are beautiful. And the workshops are such a great value!”

Understanding this important region of the body will allow you to train it more effectively for greater results. In this workshop led by local anatomy and movement expert Russ Pfeiffer, we'll dive into the major muscles and parts of this important region, how they function, how to train them, and everyday applications to Pilates.
