Like other muscles, strengthening your ‘mental muscle’ requires training. That’s why we offer Reformer and Mat workouts with a mindfulness component as well as Sound Baths. Practicing mindfulness is known to reduce stress, improve focus, promote recovery, and help you better connect - both with yourself and others. Simply put, mindfulness just helps make you healthier and feel better!

Focus workouts are offered weekly on the Reformer at Santa Monica and on the Mat at Culver. Sound Baths are offered once a month at either our Santa Monica or Culver studio.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Read the descriptions and note the studio location so you can pick what’s best for you. Reformer workouts are appropriate for those who are familiar with the Pilates Reformer. If you aren’t familiar, start with a Private Session and then your Trainer can help guide you from there.
