A STUDIO FOR PILATESMITHS

Our Group Workouts are leveled, and we prioritize advanced on our schedule for Pilatesmiths. We have 4 different types of advanced formats called Tempo, Control, Cardio, and Heat. Each challenges the body in a different way so you won’t get bored or plateau.

If you aren’t a Pilatesmith yet, don’t worry! We offer Apprentice (intermediate) and Novice (beginner) formats so anyone who’s serious about Pilates has a place to start. For all our moms, we offer Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates. And we offer customized Private Training sessions for anyone at any level - from Novice to Pilatesmith.

Wherever you’re at in your journey, expect to work hard and leave feeling accomplished and energized...we call it the Smith Glow!


STATE-OF-THE-ART STUDIOS

Our spacious and stunning studios are located off Main St. in Santa Monica and Washington Blvd. in Culver City. We have three workout rooms that are fully outfitted with state-of-the art Balance Body equipment, TRX, and props. The variety of equipment allows our expert Trainers to incorporate new exercises and variations that’ll keep you challenged, and make every workout feel fresh and fun!

Enjoy free amenities such as lockers, towels, filtered water, and bathroom toiletries.
