We love partnering with people, brands, small businesses, and bigger companies! We’ve activated Workshops, Pop-ups, Team-building events, Birthday parties, Bachelorettes, Corporate events, product sampling, and more.

We’ll work with you to build something engaging, memorable, and easy-to-activate. We’d be happy to share examples of what we’ve done in the past.

ACTIVATE IN OUR SPACE

Looking for a beautful space to activate a wellness event? We can lead a Reformer Pilates workout, Mat Pilates workout, Meditation session, Breathwork session, Sound Bath session, and/or Journaling session. You can also do a mix, or half of a session plus your own custom component.

Here's what's included:

• Private room*

• Customized wellness session led by one of our expert Trainers

• Customized workout playlist (or can play one provided to us)

• Access to locker room and bathrooms

• Towels and Boxed Water cartons for all guests

• Table for any gifting, food, and beverage you provide

• Add-Ons:

• Photographer/Videographer - images and 1 reel delivered same-day

• Room decor - theme of your choice, general birthday or general bachelorette

• Food - Veggie platter, Fruit platter, Cheese and charcuterie platter, Protein platter, cakes, and/or cupcakes from Whole Foods

• Beverage - Erewhon lemonade, Spindrift sparkling water, white white, and/or sparkling wine

• Gifting - We source and assemble wellness gift bags for guests

• VIP Access - Our studio entrances are somewhat private, but if private access is needed we can help coordinate

*We also offer renting the entire studio for a fully private event

As part of your rental you’ll have access to the room(s) you rented, bathroom and locker area. We’ll also provide a table for any gifting, food, and beverage you provide. We also offer add-ons:

Our team boasts many talents! We can provide a teammate to lead any of the following in-person or virtually:

We can also provide a day-of coordinator to be on-site to help you run the event

SAMPLING

Looking to get your product in the hands of hundreds of people who love wellness in the westside area? We offer two easy-to-activate sampling opportunities:

1. Provide product that we’ll place in the Welcome Area of our studio locations for guests to grab

2. Sponsor a day of workouts and commit to providing 200 samples that we’ll distribute to guests throughout the day at our studio locations; we support this by posting a flier on our community boards, announcing it in our workouts, and posting about on our social accounts
