Take it to the mat!
We teach our signature Athletic Pilates style on the Mat too! At our Culver studio we offer Mat-based Pilates workouts in three formats we call Athletic, Heated, and Focus. All of them strengthen and tone your entire body, and each will challenge you in a different way so you don’t get bored or plateau. We use props to enhance the burn and move at an upbeat pace that will have your heat pumping and skin glistening.
In the Heated ("Hot Pilates”) format, the room is heated with infrared heaters to a challenging - but comfortable - 85 degrees.

Read the workout descriptions so you can pick what’s best for you. In the Heated Mat workout the room is heated with infrared heaters to 85 degrees. Since we teach with an athletic style that’s fast and physical, our Mat Workouts are appropriate for those with intermediate/advanced level experience and fitness levels.
