For starters, congratulations! We’re honored to be part of your wellness team during this special time. You’ll love our Prenatal & Postnatal workouts because they’re safe without sacrificing any of the good feelings that come with a workout. We like to say, “they’re safe, not easy!”
We offer Prenatal & Postnatal workouts in Private and Group settings. A Private is fully customized for you based on your goals, fitness level, and where you’re at in your pregnancy. Group Workouts are taught at the intermediate level with modifications and challenge options so everyone can do what’s best for them. We not only avoid exercises that can increase trauma to vulnerable areas like your abs and pelvic floor, but also focus on strengthening areas that will support a more comfortable pregnancy, delivery, and - just as important - recovery! All workouts are safe for any trimester and once you're 6-weeks postpartum.
Take care of your body and get those endorphins flowing so you feel happier and healthier! You can also look forward to meeting other moms to share your journey with.

Prenatal & Postnatal Policy
Our Group Workouts are taught at the intermediate level so they are appropriate for those who are familiar with the Pilates Reformer; if you aren’t familiar with the Reformer please start with Private Training
Once you’re 12 weeks along, please enroll in either our Prenatal Group Workout or a Private, and share a doctor’s note that clears you for "Group Reformer Pilates" or “Private Reformer Pilates”
Once you’re 6-weeks postpartum, we encourage you to enroll in either our Postnatal Group Workout or a Private to promote quicker and stronger healing, and share a Doctor’s note that clears you for "Group Reformer Pilates" or “Private Reformer Pilates”
Our Prenatal & Postnatal workout is designed to keep you strong without increasing trauma to vulnerable areas of your body, but if you have been coming to Pilatesmith regularly, know what and how to modify without assistance from the Trainer, and are 21 weeks or under, you can ask for approval to take Apprentice or Novice formats by emailing us. Kindly allow the Owner 48 hours to respond and note that we do not clear advanced-level workouts (no exceptions).

Just click “Book” next to the workout you want. If you see “Join Waitlist,” that means the workout is full, but you can join the waitlist. Your first Group workout is $25.
