CARLA
Carla is originally from New Jersey! She moved to Los Angeles by way of New York City in 2017. Her experience as a dancer led her to Pilates, where it was love at first Hundred. Carla earned her Mat Pilates certification from the Equinox Pilates Training Institute. Her passion for athletic movement, music, and community, which inspires her workouts and her actions every day! In addition to Pilates, some of her favorite ways to move are boxing, yoga, and (short and casual) running. She also enjoys a delicious cup of coffee and an interesting documentary!
